Nick Herinckx
Nick Herinckx is a successful entrepreneur and executive coach for fast-growth CEOs. He has coached 100s of CEOs one on one, including multiple Forbes Top CEOs, unicorn CEOs and leaders running some of the nation’s fastest growing companies. He’s currently President of Bluefield, a coaching company that helps CEOs scale their business successfully without sacrificing personal fulfillment along the way. Bluefield also runs a nationwide network of CEO peer groups that help leaders grow their business, get agenda-free advice and support and learn from other CEOs.
Before founding Bluefield he was the CEO of Obility. Alongside his spectacular team, he quickly built, scaled and sold the business after being listed as one of Oregon's fastest growing companies 3 years in a row, maintaining a 100% CEO approval rating on Glassdoor as well as landing a top spot on the Inc. 5,000.
In his spare time, he volunteers for Innovation Law Lab and the Gonzaga Alumni Mentor Program.
Brandon Johnson
Brandon Johnson is an entrepreneur, business mentor, and avid investor in new business start-ups. He started his entrepreneurial career in 1998 as the sole employee and founder of Johnson RV, which he launched with only a single pre-owned motorhome from his front yard. He grew the business from being the only employee into a multi- location dealership with over $100,000,000 in sales annually, over 100 employees and multiple awards.
Brandon is also passionate about investing and mentoring founders. His investments include Handful, Adopets Inc., and Diamond E Testing, and Brandon is consistently eager to help other entrepreneurs and advise them in turning a business idea into a reality.
Brandon is invested in giving back to the community and has volunteered his time with multiple nonprofit organizations. He enjoys volunteering for good causes like Financial Beginnings where he can help educate young individuals to be successful. Brandon’s voluntarism extends further as he chaired a committee for Candle Lighters and participates in the yearly “Ride for a Child” event, helping to generate critical funds and awareness for children and families battling cancer in Oregon.
